Informed Consent for Social Engineering Project

I agree to participate as a targeted individual in a social engineering project. I will register a domain name under my real name and another student will attempt to trick my domain name registrar into redirecting that domain to a different server.

I will make a separate email address to use for this project that does not contain any personal email.

I give permission to the instructor and students in CNIT 40: DNS Security, CNIT 123: Ethical Hacking and Network Defense, and possibly other classes, to impersonate me while attempting to compromise my domain.

I understand that no one involved in this project has any right or intention to commit any crime, or do any harm. I also understand that participation is completely voluntary and can be revoked at any time, by emailing sbowne@ccsf.edu and cnit.40@gmail.com; allowing 7 days for processing.
